Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Clinical Supervisor at Lincoln College.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising students in the clinic practice, providing tuition, assessment, and internal verification according to the requirements of the Clinical Herbalism/Herbal Therapeutics programmes.

The Clinical Supervisor will also support learner progress through observation, guidance, and coaching, ensuring that students meet the necessary standards and competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students in the clinic practice, providing guidance and feedback on their performance.
  • Provide tuition and assessment of students, ensuring they meet the required standards and competencies.
  • Internal verification of student assessments, ensuring consistency and fairness.
  • Support learner progress through observation, guidance, and coaching.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., herbal medicine, natural health).
  • Experience in teaching or supervising students in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and procedures.
