Construction Programme Leader

About the Role:
* Lead and manage construction programs to ensure high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop new programs and courses that meet industry needs and student expectations.
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery and student progression.
Requirements:
* A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Construction, Engineering, or Education).
* Proven leadership and management experience in a construction-related field, preferably in further education.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate teams, engage with students, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Package Includes:
* Competitive annual salary: £32,410 (based on 37 hours per week) + up to £6,000 Targeted Retention Incentive Payment (pro-rata if part-time).
