Engineering Instructor Leader

We are recruiting an Instructor/Assessor in Automotive Engineering to provide training and assessment to study programme students at Lincoln College. As a key member of our specialist curriculum delivery team, you will contribute to the development of our training content and support learners' progression to successful completion.
Key Highlights:

Responsibilities and Requirements:
This role requires a strong background in Automotive Engineering, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A relevant qualification in Education or Training would be advantageous. You will be responsible for providing high-quality training and assessment to study programme students, contributing to the development of our training content, and supporting learners' progression to successful completion.
