Inclusive Learning Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Inclusive Learning Lead to join our team at a specialist SEND school in Gainsborough. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality education to children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The ideal candidate will have QTS and experience working with special educational needs and challenging behaviour. They will be able to provide a safe and inclusive learning environment and support pupils with SEMH needs.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £130-£200 per day on a PAYE basis, ensuring you're paying the right level of TAX and National Insurance. In addition, we offer a range of benefits including dedicated support from our consultants, guaranteed payment scheme, CPD courses and certifications, and market-leading rates of pay.
Responsibilities:
- Providing a safe and inclusive learning environment for children and young people with SEMH needs
- Supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Working collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement individualised education plans
