Key Responsibilities:

- Classroom Environment: Creating a positive and engaging classroom environment where pupils feel valued, encouraged, and motivated to learn.
- Literacy and Numeracy Skills: Developing literacy and numeracy skills through interactive and differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of students.
- Social and Emotional Growth: Supporting students' social and emotional growth, fostering teamwork and building their confidence as independent learners.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitoring and assessing pupils' progress, providing feedback, and maintaining open communication with parents.
