**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Growth and Innovation Specialist to join our team and help drive business growth and competitiveness.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide tailored innovation and business advice to a portfolio of growth-focused SMEs
- Act as a coach and mentor, helping businesses create and implement long-term commercialisation and innovation strategies
- Collaborate with Innovate UK and other support organisations to connect clients with essential resources
**Requirements:**
- Experience working in UK Government Future Economies
- Proven ability to prepare action plans for high-growth environments
- Knowledge of strategic choices and processes within business development, marketing, access to finance and other practical issues
**Salary:** £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience
