- Supporting all HR-related activities within the organisation
- Providing administrative support to the wider team with all general HR systems and procedures.
- Assisting with the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
- Managing employee records and databases
- Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures
- Supporting the HR team in handling grievance and disciplinary issues
- Assisting in HR reporting and data analysis
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives
**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful HR Assistant should have:
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience in an administration, HR or similar role.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRIS or HRMS is advantageous)
