We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist Administrator to join our dynamic team in Swansea. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR and administrative functions, contributing to the success of our company.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in HR, working within a supportive and friendly team. You will be responsible for various tasks, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional administrative support, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication between teams.
This role offers a competitive salary of £37,500 per annum (based on 20 hours per week), plus benefits such as 25 days' holiday, study support programs, and flexibility in work arrangements.
