HR and Payroll Administrator Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of HR and Payroll Administrator at Identify Talent in Swansea. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the smooth operation of our HR and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Perform payroll administration tasks
  • Evaluate and implement effective HR strategies

Salary Range: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience
