We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Identify Talent in Swansea. This Part-Time HR role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 Pro Rata (Part-Time) and a flexible working environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, adhering to our company’s HR policies and procedures.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding processes to support our hiring needs.
  • Employee Relations Support: Assist managers with performance management, disciplinary procedures, and HR-related queries to promote a positive work environment.
  • HR Advice and Guidance: Provide expert advice and support to employees on HR matters and company policies, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Training and Development: Support initiatives, including managing training records and identifying development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with our team to develop HR policies and processes that align with our organisational goals and objectives.
  • Holidays and Benefits: Enjoy 25 days per year plus bank and statutory holidays, pro rata, in a supportive and flexible working environment offering stability and security.
Requirements:
  1. Prior HR experience and a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
