Overview:
**Location**: Swansea, UK (with regular travel to Redditch, Worcestershire)
**Reporting to**: HR Manager

Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking an HR & Office Generalist to join our team in Swansea, supporting both our Swansea and Redditch sites. **Responsibilities**:
**What you’ll do**:

- ** Employee Health & Safety (EHS)**: Lead initiatives to integrate health and safety into all HR processes and support the ThinkSafe framework.
- ** Ethics Compliance**: Facilitate quarterly compliance training and act as a role model for organizational integrity.
- ** Learning and Development**: Assist in managing our performance management process and deliver on-site training as required.
- ** Governance**: Support internal audits and ensure compliance with all legal and operational standards concerning employment.
- ** Employee Engagement**: Drive activities aimed at improving employee engagement and handle employee relations matters effectively.
- ** Travel Requirement**: Monthly travel to Redditch for 2-3 days to support local HR activities face-to-face.

Qualifications:
**What you’ll bring**:

- ** Qualifications**: UK HR Qualification (minimum CIPD Level 3) required.
- ** Experience**: Proven background in HR with strong understanding of UK employment law.
- ** Skills**: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS systems like iCIMS and MEIS.
- ** Travel**: Willingness to travel within the UK as needed.
