Administrative Support Professional

Seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our innovative team in Swansea. As a key member, you will contribute to the success of our company by supporting our HR and administrative functions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in HR while working within a supportive team. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional administrative support, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication between teams.
This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (pro rata), plus benefits such as 25 days' holiday, study support programs, and flexibility in work arrangements.
