Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our central team at SureView Systems, Inc. as a key member of our support staff.

This role involves providing high-quality administrative support to the Director of Development and People Manager, ensuring they can focus on their strategic objectives.

  • Oversee office maintenance, facilities, and equipment, liaising with third-party vendors to maintain services such as internet, electricity, and cleaning.
  • Manage office procedures, including risk assessments, signage, and fire safety tests.
  • Act as the first point of contact, greeting visitors, signing parcels, and responding to queries.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including data inputting.
  • Order office supplies, equipment, and ensure the kitchen is stocked with essentials.
  • Organize social events and bookings.
Reporting to People Manager
  • Support recruitment administrative duties, including preparing and posting job adverts online.
  • Maintain candidate databases and schedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in office administration required.
  • Basic DBS Check.
