Be a people person; you’ll need the emotional intelligence it takes to work with a wide variety of people, use your active listening skills and be solutions focussed. You will help to provide a seamless talent experience and support the learning and development of our people, making this a busy and rewarding role. You will be required to provide excellent stakeholder management.

We will give you the opportunity to get a true flavour of the world of people management with a specific focus on Generalist HR, along with exposure to our worldwide markets

**Day-to-day you will be required to support...**
- Admin: HR and payroll system maintenance (Deel), accurately updating and recording personal information, generating bespoke letters, presentations, maintaining organisational charts, employee files, support with talent meetings and employee relations hearings, as required. Maintain Employee Files in line with GDPR
- Employee Relations: support UK/Group employees with HR advice
- Admin for starters leavers, transfers, maternity and monitoring of probation periods ensuring action and production of documentation within specified time frames
- Maintenance of People Academy, our inhouse learning and development hub, using Sharepoint, sending global invites diary management for webinars, facilitating webinars when required to
- Supporting and leading on People & Culture project work
- Supporting the People & Culture team, including performance mgmt. and absence mgmt, fun club activities, active membership of global initiatives such as TLC Gives Back
- Ensure good knowledge of company benefits, culture and policies and procedures
- Managing shared inboxes for the team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A flexible approach to work, with an ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong team player approach with the ability to network
- Experience of using MS Office, databases or CRM systems
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proactivity, with a keen eye for improved efficiency
- An interest in pursuing a career within a people function
