IT Service Desk Technician

- Provide technical support to clients via multiple channels, including email, phone, and ticketing systems.
- Resolve 1st line technical issues with a focus on first-time resolution.
- Accurately log and manage service desk tickets, escalating when necessary.
- Build and configure IT hardware, including Windows laptops, Macs, and mobile devices.
- Perform daily and weekly system checks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide occasional on-site support to customers as required.
Requirements: Technical Skills: Experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting, Office 365 Administration, Basic knowledge of networking, backup technologies (e.g., Veeam), and RMM tools; Personal Attributes: A passion for IT, Excellent communication skills, Strong time management, flexibility, and a 'can-do' attitude.
