Help Desk Technician

Hott Source is hiring a Help Desk Technician - Infrastructure to support its user base of approximately 65 individuals across various technologies, including Servers, Desktops, Cloud, Networking, Security, and general Hardware/Software.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reactive support through the service desk or deskside assistance
- Support on internal projects involving infrastructure upgrades and changes
We are looking for an experienced IT professional who has worked in a support role within the Legal sector/Professional Services, with skills in legal software support and case management.
This position comes with a salary of £45,000 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, unlimited holiday allowance, and subsidized gym membership.
