IT Help Desk Engineer

Estimated Salary: £28,000-£32,000 per annum + bonus + benefits
ResponsibilitiesAs a Service Desk Engineer, your primary duties will include:
- Providing first-line support via telephone, email, or face-to-face interactions
- Collaborating with the IT team to resolve complex issues
- Assisting with IT projects, migrations, and software deployments
- Ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in help desk or service desk environments
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Familiarity with Intune (or other MDM solutions) and Active Directory
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
