Estimated Salary: £28,000-£32,000 per annum + bonus + benefits

Responsibilities

As a Service Desk Engineer, your primary duties will include:

  • Providing first-line support via telephone, email, or face-to-face interactions
  • Collaborating with the IT team to resolve complex issues
  • Assisting with IT projects, migrations, and software deployments
  • Ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in help desk or service desk environments
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Windows 10/11 operating systems
  • Familiarity with Intune (or other MDM solutions) and Active Directory
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
