Service Desk Role:

We are looking for an experienced IT Help Desk Technician to join our team at TMRG. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring that their IT needs are met with the highest level of service.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. As an IT Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for receiving and resolving customer queries and issues via our CRM system, collaborating with all business functions to provide the best possible service, and working closely with our sales team to upsell and cross-sell services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and resolving customer queries and issues via our CRM system

  • Liaising directly with customers and stakeholders to resolve queries and issues

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a background in a telecoms or IT service desk environment, knowledge of broadband and network provisioning, and familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems. You should also be happy to work 5 days in the office, motivated and engaging in a dynamic team environment, and confident and clear in your communication.
