Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Engineer to join our team in London, United Kingdom.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users experiencing IT-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming IT support requests via phone or in person, providing timely technical assistance to end-users.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Document all incidents, problems, and solutions in the IT service management system to maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Provide guidance and training to users on basic IT-related tasks and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role providing technical support in a professional environment.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common software applications.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN concepts.
