This exciting opportunity will see you provide 2nd Line technical support for hardware, software and network issues.
You will work closely with our 1st Line support team, escalating and resolving complex technical problems while delivering excellent customer service.
About the Role- Job Title: 2nd Line IT Engineer
- Location: Preston Central
- Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365 and applications, as well as network troubleshooting skills.
You will also assist with IT projects, deployments and system upgrades, providing opportunities for professional development and certifications.
