Job Title: Help Desk Specialist

PFH Technology, a leading provider of end-to-end ICT solutions, is seeking an experienced Help Desk Specialist to join their team in Central London. This 12-month contract role requires an individual with strong technical skills and excellent customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot system problems and diagnose software faults
  • Provide hands-on end-user support and administration for onsite clients
  • Liaise with third-party vendors for software/hardware installation
  • Manage pst requests and data requests for staff moves
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in an IT environment, preferably in Windows 10 installations
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to empathize with users
  • Working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite and report writing
  • Demonstrated experience in production of quality deliverables
