Help Desk Specialist

An IT Help Desk Specialist is required by a leading international law firm to provide first and second line support. Key requirements include Windows 10 Professional experience, an understanding of Active Directory, knowledge of Citrix, Document Management Systems, and Professional Services specific applications.
The ideal candidate will have legal or professional service experience along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent troubleshooting skills with a general knowledge of desktop hardware and laptops
- Offering minimum six months' IT help desk support experience within a Professional Services organisation, ideally in a legal environment
- Having experience of core Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Being able to communicate effectively via audio and video conferencing tools
- Possessing an ITIL Foundation qualification (desirable)
Salary: approximately £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
