Help Desk Services Manager

About the Role:- Lead and manage a team of technical support specialists to provide expert assistance and troubleshooting services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, reduce response times, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a technical support or IT services environment.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows Server, Windows 10/11) and core IT services like Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and file systems.
