Help Desk Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Operations Manager to join our Service Desk team in London.
As a Help Desk Operations Manager, you will lead the Service Desk team, taking ownership of user issues, providing comprehensive remote and onsite IT support. You will work closely with other IT staff members to share knowledge, coordinate tasks, and support projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services and processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience with managing meeting rooms, deploying and maintaining meeting rooms, facilitating smooth and productive interactions for users. They will also be proficient in providing and troubleshooting access to a wide range of applications and systems, including Active Directory groups, Database objects, Mailbox objects, and more.
A competitive salary and generous benefit package are offered for this role, including a hybrid work model for flexibility and productivity. The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
