Help Desk Operations Manager

Job Description
Armstrong Knight's Help Desk Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's Service Desk. This includes managing supplier relationships, coordinating activities with third parties, and providing clear instructions and information to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of each active case, from initial receipt to closure.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in IT service management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Estimated Salary
$70,000 per annum.
