Are you a skilled and enthusiastic IT professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic company? We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician to join our team at Leo Recruitment Limited - IT Recruitment Solutions in Poole, Dorset. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing 1st Line Support to customers across applications and infrastructure solutions. You will log incidents using the IT Service Desk ticketing system, manage and assign ticket queues, and update users on resolution progress.

The ideal candidate will have around one year of experience in IT support, preferably on a service desk. You should have experience in supporting Windows servers and desktop operating systems with some experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, and Group Policies. Additionally, you will need to have completed, or be motivated to complete, Microsoft or CompTIA courses and certifications.

As a Help Desk Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to engage in ongoing IT training and pursue relevant certifications.
