We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to users of our job board websites, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of website functionality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot website issues and escalate complex problems to internal teams
  • Meet or exceed our targets for Time to First Response and Time to Resolution

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of website functionality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Estimated Salary: £150 per day
