Help Desk Position Available

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Help Desk Technician at Jackson Green Recruitment Limited.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To receive and respond to IT-related incidents and service requests via phone, email, and portal.
  • To possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • To escalate complex issues to senior technicians and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems efficiently.
  • To contribute to the development and maintenance of our Knowledge Base, sharing best practices and knowledge gained through experience.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of Wintel environment and proficiency in MS Office Suite (up to Office 365).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • A clear and professional telephone manner, with previous Service/Help Desk experience.
  • The ability to work alone and under pressure, with strong organizational skills.

Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week, covered over 4 shifts from 07:30 to 18:00.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
