Help Desk Professional

We are seeking a Help Desk Professional to join our team in London. As a Help Desk Professional, you will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line technical support for all incidents and service requests reported to the Service Desk.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support to all users, troubleshooting general problems and answering queries from staff.
- Configure laptops and PCs, and provide occasional off-site support.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, and Intune environments.
The ideal candidate will have basic networking experience, patching, knowledge of DNS/DHCP, and proficiency in Desktop and Laptop PC hardware and software maintenance. The salary for this role is estimated at £38,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
