Help Desk Operations Manager

GRAHAM Group is a leading provider of integrated facilities management services across the UK and Ireland. As a Help Desk Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance services.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of help desk operatives, overseeing job management, and providing technical expertise in building services and M&E disciplines. Other key responsibilities include:
- Team Management:
- Lead a team of help desk operatives to ensure excellent customer service and efficient job management.
- Job Management:
- Manage job scheduling, allocation, and tracking through IFS helpdesk software.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and subcontractors as needed.
- Customer Service:
- Respond to client and subcontractor queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
To succeed in this role, you will require proven leadership skills, technical expertise in building services and M&E disciplines, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An estimated salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum is offered for this full-time, permanent position.
