Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of help desk operatives, overseeing job management, and providing technical expertise in building services and M&E disciplines. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Team Management:
  • Lead a team of help desk operatives to ensure excellent customer service and efficient job management.
  • Job Management:
  • Manage job scheduling, allocation, and tracking through IFS helpdesk software.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and subcontractors as needed.
  • Customer Service:
  • Respond to client and subcontractor queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

To succeed in this role, you will require proven leadership skills, technical expertise in building services and M&E disciplines, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An estimated salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum is offered for this full-time, permanent position.
