Help Desk Operations Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to senior team members when necessary.
You will also be expected to cover colleague absences, maintain accurate records, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in Help Desk environments, preferably with CAFM system proficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
Compensation Package:
The hourly pay rate for this position is £17.00, paid via Umbrella, which equates to £32,000 per annum. This is an excellent opportunity to earn a competitive salary while developing your skills and contributing to the success of our team.
