Help Desk Operations Specialist

TRIA is seeking a Help Desk Operations Specialist to join their technology team and provide technical assistance and support across the EMEA region.

In this role, you will be providing first-line support across their whole business estate, owning the technical escalation of 1st line end-user support for computer-related questions. You will be providing first-level support for all Windows and Mac hardware-related issues for end-users, as well as supporting Windows servers and Desktop computers and Laptops.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience with:

  • 2+ years of experience in an IT helpdesk role
  • Knowledgeable in Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and other similar cloud-based platforms
  • Experienced with Virtualization (VMware and/or Hyper-V)
  • Ability to work well within a team and be able to work in a fast-paced environment

TRIA offers a hybrid working arrangement (4 days a week on-site, 1 day from home), alongside a fantastic work culture.
