Facilities Help Desk Operator

Sodexo is seeking a skilled Facilities Help Desk Operator to join our team in central London. As a key member of our site team, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a helpdesk service for reactive and planned preventative maintenance works
- Working closely with site team leaders and supervisors to deliver high standards of service and cost effectiveness
- Managing multiple priorities simultaneously and having an understanding of technical applications and processes
- Excellent organisation and planning skills, with knowledge of CMMS systems
