  • Providing a helpdesk service for reactive and planned preventative maintenance works
  • Working closely with site team leaders and supervisors to deliver high standards of service and cost effectiveness
  • Managing multiple priorities simultaneously and having an understanding of technical applications and processes
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills, with knowledge of CMMS systems
