Job Summary

Vertex IT Solutions Ltd seeks an experienced Service Desk Platform Maintainer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the service desk platform, providing technical support, and ensuring seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the service desk platform to meet user needs and expectations.
  • Provide expert technical support for applications on PCs, Macs, and iOS devices, including deployment, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to plan and execute office renovations and user moves and changes.
  • Configure and set up meeting rooms and assist with audio/visual presentations as needed.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Ivanti Endpoint Manager and Microsoft Intune is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in maintaining networking typologies and Windows 10 operating system configurations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
