Proactive Service Desk Manager

ASHDOWN GROUP is a rapidly growing tech business based in Kingston, Surrey.
We are currently seeking an experienced Service Desk Lead to join our Infrastructure team.
This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk and ensuring that all IT support queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £60,000 plus bonus and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive process improvement across the Service Desk function
- Develop and implement effective incident management processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to end-users
- Maintain accurate records and reports on Service Desk performance
