Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the service desk function, including owning process improvement and driving change
- Taking ownership of Manage Engine Service Desk Plus (SDP) and championing the use of ITIL best practice
- Working closely with the wider IT function and business to ensure issues are escalated appropriately
The salary on offer for this role is up to £52,000 plus bonus and benefits.
