Service Desk Team Leader

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced IT Service Desk Operations Lead to join our team in SE Grand Rapids, MI. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical service desk engineers to deliver high-quality service and support to clients.
Key Performance Indicators:- Improve service desk metrics that drive results.
- Foster client relationships and drive a customer-obsessed culture.
- Develop and implement processes to improve service desk efficiency.
The salary for this role is £53,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits and flexible working opportunities. We are looking for someone with a strong track record of successfully managing service desk operations and improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements:- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Previous solid experience of managing service desk operations, preferably in an MSP environment.
- Excellent knowledge of IT service management principles and practices, such as ITIL.
