Technical Service Desk Engineer

Spectrum IT Recruitment is looking for a Technical Service Desk Engineer to join their team in Poole, Dorset.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Support professional to work with a variety of customers, providing technical support and resolving complex issues.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including O365, Active Directory, Exchange and Windows Server, as well as commercial experience of supporting Networking and Server support requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing first-line technical support for customers
- Resolving complex technical issues
- Collaborating with the 1st and 3rd line teams
- Developing and implementing processes to improve service delivery
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in IT Support or Service Desk Support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies
- Commercial experience of supporting Networking and Server support requests
- A customer service-oriented attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum + benefits
