Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Engineer to join our Technology, Service Desk team. The successful candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for all departmental IT applications, business services, and end-user computing, and drive improvements to the user-facing services we offer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for all departmental IT applications, business services, and end-user computing.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in a range of technologies, including Windows, Office, and Linux environments.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, supporting corporate business, accustomed to corporate environments. Experience of service desk systems such as Service Now or similar is also essential.

Requirements:

  3. Strong technical knowledge of Windows, Office, and Linux environments.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
