Service Desk Engineer

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in IT support, network management, and troubleshooting. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role, with at least 2 years of experience in Network Management & Support. Experience working with managed service providers (MSPs) and service desks is also essential. Additionally, you should have strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and a customer service-oriented mindset.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
