**Job Overview:** In Technology Group is looking for an IT Service Desk Technician to provide first-line technical support and assistance to internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answering and resolving incoming calls and emails from internal stakeholders
  2. Escalating complex issues to second-line engineers
  3. Providing documentation and knowledge base updates

**Requirements:

  1. Diploma in IT or related field
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in IT service desk or a related field
  3. Strong knowledge of Windows 10 + 11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 Apps
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

**Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid working model based on workload
