IT Service Desk Technician

**Job Overview:** In Technology Group is looking for an IT Service Desk Technician to provide first-line technical support and assistance to internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and resolving incoming calls and emails from internal stakeholders
- Escalating complex issues to second-line engineers
- Providing documentation and knowledge base updates
**Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT service desk or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 + 11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 Apps
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
**Working Conditions:
- Hybrid working model based on workload
