Technical Support Technician for IS Service Desk
Launch Resources Limited is seeking a Technical Support Technician to join their IS Service Desk team in London. As a Technical Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving incidents, and fulfilling service requests.
You will work closely with the team to ensure that all incidents are logged accurately and prioritized according to service levels. You will also resolve incidents with known solutions or workarounds and fulfill requests for access to standard IT services.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Windows XP, MS Office applications, Active Directory, and Remote Assistance. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, using IT in an office environment, and a good understanding of IT and telecommunications technology are also essential.
The salary for this position is up to £11 per hour, with a 36-hour full-time contract. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including flexible working hours and a dynamic work environment.
