About the Job

We are recruiting for an IT Support Analyst with a strong background in delivering 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support and managing the service desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support and manage the service desk
  • Involved in project-based work and supporting the manager in delivering the IT strategy
  • Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure
  • Manage user accounts, configure laptops, and mobile devices to ensure compliance with all policies and standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience of working in an IT Helpdesk / Service Desk role
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-centric approach to work
  • Experience of troubleshooting technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardware
  • Knowledge of network environments and concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and network security technologies
  • Experience of Windows-based administration tools such as Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Understanding of ITIL, including incident management, change management, and configuration management
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and technical understanding of Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Experience of using a broad range of cloud-based applications and services
  • Strong work ethic with a positive approach and problem-solving skills
Location and Salary

The role is based in London, with a competitive salary of £23-27 per hour.
