Service Desk Operations Director

We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Operations Director to lead our team in Lancashire. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day activities of our service desk, ensuring users and clients receive the support they need. This is an exciting opportunity for a true leader to make a positive impact and drive positive change.
Main Responsibilities:- Directly manage 3 Service Desk Analysts.
- Drive improvement in operational performance across a team of 10.
- Oversee ticket workflow management and SLA delivery.
- Pursue opportunities to reduce ticket resolution times.
- Organize regular team meetings.
- Review and enhance documentation processes.
- Implement smooth project handovers into support portals.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews.
- Manage rostering and recruitment efforts.
- ITIL certification.
- Proven track record in leading teams.
- Driven by results and performance metrics.
- Able to drive process improvements and implement change.
The annual salary range for this role is £55,000 - £65,000.
