Technical Service Desk Manager

As a Technical Service Desk Manager at Armstrong Knight, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with 3rd parties to ensure timely resolution of service desk workload. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to provide clear and accurate instructions and information to service desk 3rd parties and other teams.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing supplier relationships and RMA and replacement parts as per customer maintenance agreements.
