IT Service Desk Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our FM Service Provider team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the helpdesk, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Helpdesk Manager and be willing to travel to different offices when needed. The role offers a competitive salary range of £36,000 - £38,000 per annum, with opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic company, CBW Staffing Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all reactive call outs to SLA's
- Responding to clients in a timely and professional manner
- Management of internal requests for purchase orders and information to support service operations
- Scheduling engineers and subcontractors for planned maintenance tasks
- Setup and ongoing management of maintenance planners and logbooks
- Delivering a range of KPI and management reports to the business
- Implementation and ongoing development of CAFM system/software for department processes
