Wakefield IT Support Opportunity

Card Factory is growing its IT Service Desk Team and has an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT professional to join us in Wakefield. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide efficient and effective technical support to all users across the company in response to IT issues and requests raised via multiple channels.

You will work in a high call volume environment, requiring excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and problem-solving skills. You should also have proficiency in troubleshooting MS Office, desktop OS, and server administration.

This role includes shift work, with peak shifts from 1st October to 31st December and outside of peak shifts on other days. Weekend shifts include Saturday and Sunday, with on-call duties until 23:00.
