Technical Service Desk Lead

Job Summary
As a Technical Service Desk Lead, you will play a key role in leading our highly skilled team of engineers to deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will have responsibility for ensuring that the team meets its SLAs and that all customer queries are resolved efficiently.
About YouWe are looking for a strong leader who has experience in managing a support desk team. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise your workload, and have a good understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the Escalations Team of engineers.
- SLA Management: Ensure that the team meets its SLAs and that all customer queries are resolved efficiently.
- Candidate Requirements: Relevant experience of 3-5 years in a similar role (UK MSP experience preferred), good understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies, and Microsoft Cloud Certifications.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of up to £50,000pa, located in London.
