Technical Service Desk Professional

Northampton Business Directory is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Service Desk Professional to join our Operations team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote access
  • Assist with escalations and provide support remotely
  • Assist with reporting on KPIs for the service desk team
  • Manage open tickets within SLA and maintain ownership

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Full clean UK Driving license
  • Ability to prioritise tasks on a busy and fast-paced service desk
