Job Title: Technical Service Desk Agent

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team at Sony Music Entertainment (UK) Ltd. As a Technical Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and services to users across various platforms, both in-person and remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch support and services to users
  • Collaborate with the wider team on project work and hardware deployment
  • Prioritize tickets/service requests and resolve issues within agreed SLA's
  • Document solutions and participate in Global Technology projects
  • Support the Sony Music Global Technology environment
Requirements
  • Previous helpdesk/desktop support experience in a corporate environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Analytical skills and technical troubleshooting expertise
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and flexibility with work schedule
