About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team at Sony Music Entertainment (UK) Ltd. As a Technical Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and services to users across various platforms, both in-person and remotely.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch support and services to users
- Collaborate with the wider team on project work and hardware deployment
- Prioritize tickets/service requests and resolve issues within agreed SLA's
- Document solutions and participate in Global Technology projects
- Support the Sony Music Global Technology environment
- Previous helpdesk/desktop support experience in a corporate environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
- Analytical skills and technical troubleshooting expertise
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
